Oracle E-Business Suite Projekte haben idealerweise AIM 3.0ff als Methode und als Lösungsansatz.

AIM bietet einen Werkzeugkasten von vordefinierten Oberflächen, Dokumenten, Tabellen und Oracle Business Models, deren man sich innerhalb eines Projektes bedienen kann, um die Einführung, Umstellung und Erweiterung von Oracle E-Business Suite Projekten (geht auch mit anderen Systemen) erfolgreich und konzern- und firmeneinheitlich gestalten zu können.

Project Oracle E-Business Suite

As EMEA project-leader I was for some months responsible for the development and introduction of the Oracle AIM method within Oracle Germany. AIM is Oracle's Application Implementation Method for Oracle projects. 
 
On this base, this project is presented here successive, and also through screen-representations, expressions and Powerpoint presentations. 
 
Currently, we do work on the rough-design to this.

AIM offers a toolbox of predifined surfaces, documents, tables and Oracle Business Models. They can be used within a project, about the introduction, changeover and expansion of the Oracle E-Business suite. It works also with other systems. It will be possible for the hole concern and the company to build a successful solution.
 
In projects we see a MUST of the preparation of certain documents again and again, as the basis of the contract as well as the work itself. BUT: AIM ist more!! 
 
AIM becomes rare so understood that it is completely user-definable. And from project to project it can be different in deep and shape. 

Within the same solution path it offers an enormous economy-of-scale through absolute documentation, and always a secured control of the project, till the success of the project.
